The third substance they suggest is called N-Acetyl Cysteine, or NAC for short.
This is an antioxidant used to treat inflammatory conditions and has been shown to reduce headaches, nausea and anxiety.
If you’re after something with a less scientific sounding name, try red ginseng tea.
Adio says that this ancient Chinese hangover cure boosts the immune system and energy levels.
This type of tea is also a nerve relaxant containing B vitamins and Vitamin C.
The company says it can potentially “stop you worrying about what you did last night”.
More traditional remedies for a hangover include drinking lots of water to rehydrate your body and resting as much as possible.
These suggestions from Adio certainly provide food for thought when it comes to the next morning after.
Furthermore, even though a bagel full of bacon and drenched in ketchup with a cup of coffee may be a lot more fulfilling, these hangover cures will be better for you in the long run.
