Toronto-based TealBook, a Spend Matters 50ToKnow, which provides a supplier data foundation that autonomously enhances supplier master data and powers e-procurement technology, has announced a string of partnerships of late to expand its supplier intelligence offering.

Market Dojo

Most recently it announced its partnership with Bristol UK-based Market Dojo, an on-demand, fully self-service e-sourcing solution and a Spend Matters 50ToWatch. The partnership will make third-party supplier information directly accessible in the creation of sourcing events within Market Dojo. The partnership will also allow TealBook customers to take advantage of Market Dojo’s self-service, pay-as-you-go e-sourcing solution that enables users to centralize information, negotiate the best value for goods and services, and select the right suppliers.

Nick Drewe, Market Dojo co-founder said: “While e-sourcing is proven to add value to any organization, finding potential suppliers is often a manual procedure. By accessing TealBook’s rich database of suppliers, our customers can greatly increase their competitive supplier opportunities while fulfilling specific requirements for diversity and ESG, in order to achieve greater results for their organization.”

The announcement comes hot on the heels of last week’s announcement that JAGGAER, a Spend Matters 50ToKnow and SolutionMap participant, had partnered with TealBook for automated supplier intelligence.

The integration extends JAGGAER’s Autonomous Commerce approach by offering customers automated access to trustworthy data on global suppliers, at scale, and intelligently recommending suppliers that meet buyers needs and initiatives.

Jim Bureau, CEO of JAGGAER said: “Enterprises are scrambling to reduce their exposure to supply chain disruptions. By providing our customers with quick and easy access to alternative sources of supply, realized through our integration with TealBook, we help them mitigate those risks. Simultaneously, by factoring environmental, social, and governance (ESG) qualifications into our supplier smart-match recommendations, we’re helping customers to achieve their supplier diversity objectives.”

The announcement also coincides with TealBook’s partnership with Zurich-based Archlet, a Spend Matters Future 5 whose sourcing and sourcing optimization apps provide users with sourcing and negotiation features and functionalities required for a modern procurement organization. With this partnership, Archlet customers can now make holistic sourcing decisions faster by directly using TealBook’s third-party supplier intelligence and scores (e.g., EcoVadis, RapidRatings) in the creation of sourcing scenarios.

Lukas Wawrla, Archlet co-founder said: “Making data available during the strategic sourcing process is the fuel of holistic sourcing decisions, and it’s also a crucial element of our mission to empower better sourcing decisions faster. By combining TealBook’s data foundation with Archlet’s ability to create sourcing scenarios based on third-party supplier information, we empower our customers to make their sustainability, diversity and risk strategies actionable.”
