The health effects of coffee: good or bad?

The health effects of coffee: good or bad?

As an introduction, I should also add that I remain relatively neutral in this debate because I drink coffee above all for my happiness and not for its benefits or harms. Coffee is nothing new and I know I can always afford it without risking sudden death! So this is the result of my research on the effects of coffee I present here…

There is no need to insist and tell someone who suffers from insomnia, heart palpitations or indigestion while drinking coffee that they should always drink more coffee because it is good for their health.

Personally, my stomach has a hard time tolerating matcha, and I don’t know if there are still people in 2018 who say match is unhealthy.

When we talk about the effects of coffee, there is an idea of ??tolerance here. Although the literature today tends to agree on the benefits of a cup of coffee, a portion of their genes distribute the cards unevenly: one can drink coffee at 11 p.m. and sleep like a baby. Drink anything after 2pm to stick to caffeine, everyone metabolizes and therefore tolerates caffeine to different degrees. Genetics alone explains why some people experience the side effects of coffee.

So I tend to give the answer immediately a universal element: everyone has their own truth! Experiment, drink, start over, but don’t overdo it, that’s all that wins. This is for caffeine!

Remember, however, regarding the effects of caffeine:

There are a large number of factors that affect the amount of caffeine in the flour, the filter, the espresso, the doppio, the quality of the coffee beans, the extraction …

Caffeine is not coffee, caffeine is found in both tea (then called cocoa) and cocoa. Caffeine is far from being the mother of all vices because it exists even as a dietary supplement for athletes, each with endurance on one hand and on the other.

There are hundreds of ingredients in coffee other than caffeine. Caffeine is not at all responsible for the taste (and therefore decaffeinated) so we are interested in coffee.
